  • ½ pound cooked chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Wow! Dogs really love bananas, dont they? Whats even better is that they are so healthy and are packed with vitamins. Yes! Really! And there is only one ingredient! This is so easy even the kids can make them. Of course, you will have to supervise the oven use but its pretty darn easy. Just slice bananas in long thin strips and bake them at 210 for 1 ½ hours.

You can brush with lemon juice to prevent browning and drizzle honey on them for more flavor.

Ingredient Pumpkin Peanut Butter Dog Treats

These frozen 3 ingredient dog treats couldnt be any easier to make! All you need is pumpkin, peanut butter, and coconut oil, a silicone mold, and a couple of hours for them to come together. Easy to make, healthy, and your dog will love them.

Here is what you need:

Add all your ingredients to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Then add a heaping tablespoon or so to your silicone molds. I used these dog bone ones, but any kind will work. The mixture will make 15 treats using the dog bone molds, but the amount will vary depending on what you use.

Finally, pop them in the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up and thats it! The easiest homemade peanut butter dog treats!

Since they are frozen, I let them sit out for a minute or two to soften up before giving them to my pup so they arent too cold. Sometimes I will cut one in half or thirds depending on how much I want to give him.

Chicken & Parsley Dog Biscuits

How To Roll It Out

Easy Pumpkin No Bake Treats for Dogs (Just 3 Ingredients)

Although this dough is a little sticky, I find it quite easy to roll out with my rolling pin on a silicone mat. Roll the dough out to between ¼ and ½ thick. As there are no raising agents in this dough, the thickness of the biscuits at this stage will be the thickness of the cooked biscuits.

Here is where you can really customize this home-made dog treat recipe for your dog!

  • Use a larger cookie cutter for bigger dogs.
  • Make the biscuits as thick or thin as is best for your dog.
  • And if you dont have a cookie cuttercut the dough into small square treats!

If you are having trouble rolling out a sticky dough

Placing a piece of wax paper overtop the dough and using your rolling pin on top of the wax paper will prevent the dough from sticking to your rolling pin.

And if you start rolling the dough and it is too crumbly

Dont be afraid of overworking the dough. You can scoop it back up and add in a bit more of a wet ingredient. Water, unsweetened oat milk, or a bit more peanut butter or pumpkin will all work. Then, roll the dough out again.

I used oatmeal in these healthy homemade dog treats because it has a lot of nutritional benefits for my furry best friends. What 3 Ingredients Do I Need For This Home

No Bake Dog Treats!

The three simple ingredients for this home-made dog treat recipe are:

  • Cooked sweet potato
  • All natural peanut butter

AND if youre hoping for an even simpler option that requires no cooking of the sweet potato you can use canned pumpkin puree!

Dogs love pumpkin and its very healthy for them as long as the pumpkin you are using is not sweetened! Make sure you are not using pumpkin pie filling which often has sweeteners and additives. Your can of pumpkin puree should have pumpkin as the only ingredient listed.

Likewise, the peanut butter you use should have peanuts as the only ingredient listed. Make sure there are no additives that could be harmful to your dog.

And if youre wondering how to make oat flour dont stress! Simply grind the regular quick or rolled oats in your pantry into a fine meal and you have oat flour!

I decided to use all oat flour for this recipe as many dogs are sensitive to wheat. BUTif your dog isnt sensitive to wheat then feel free to make this recipe with whole wheat flour and there will be no grinding of oats involved either!
