“Baked by Melissa Theater District 1585 Broadway There aren’t many BBM locations I haven’t been to visit. I’m typically all over Manhattan. This location is in the perfect tourist paradise. This is a great location for sweet treats. Grab a box and sit outside taking in the neon lights. I’m posting some of my favorite treats. I don’t splurge with these very often. I usually get two these days. I remember when I could get one for a $1. Those days are over! I’ve got to give the owner creator of these gems credit. She’s developed a one of a kind sweet. I hope she is successful keeping her numerous locations open. They do fit in with the take out trend. You can order on line and have them shipped too!”

I stopped into Baked By Melissa when I was walking around in Times Square as one of my friends recommended it to me and it did not disappoint. There was a variety of different fun cute little cupcakes and one of the things I really…liked about this place is that they had a gluten free option which I appreciate since my brother has an allergy to gluten. Not only was it gluten free but it tasted just as delicious as the normal ones. I highly recommend if you are in the area to definitley stop in it won’t disappoint!!More
Cute bakery! Cupcakes are so colorful and many flavors. They are bite-sized. $17 for 12 pack and they have pre-set flavors, you cant build your own box which was disappointing. The cupcakes themselves were okay but the texture was a bit doughy.
They were bite sized small cupcakes and delivered fairly quickly. I appreciate that they have vegan options as most bakeries don’t!

We got 6 tiny cupcakes for $7.50. They were good and cute, but too small. We picked graham, smores, peanut butter , vanilla with sprinkles, chocolate chip and something else. I would go back if someone else requested it, but I wouldn’t make a special trip.
