David called back immediately after I contacted Home Advisor. He came out 1st thing the very next morning. I appreciated that he and his coworker put on shoe covers upon entering my house. All my questions were answered. They had the parts needed to complete the job, they were quick and the price was fair.
A/C went out. They were quick and courteous. Showed up the next morning. The rep noticed that my 13 yr old unit was 3 lbs low. Put 3 lbs of coolant. Charge for coolant and call was $579. A/C went out again and called a different company. Checked my compressor and showed me that it was unservicable. The new company replaced the unit and now it works great. Wish Baker was more thorough in their troubleshooting.
