The Baker Haus features 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on three levels with a large game room and loft. The lodge can sleep up to 20 guests with brand new beds. Next to the lodge is a small charming 1920’s cottage that can sleep up to 4 additional guests. The lodge is located at the end of a private road.
Special Event package rental add on is $2,495 for up to 40 guests attending. The package includes 4 farm tables, 1 round, 1 banquet, 10 benches, 10×30 tent. . This package requires rental of lodge and cottage.
We do allow beer and wine to be served during the event. We require event insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 coverage, that also covers alcohol liability, naming Cecelia & Seth Carson as the additionally insured.
Music needs to be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. Music must be terminated by 10 pm.
