Hired with the promise of a salary job at 65k and I just needed to complete the base training in the Foundry lab to get the salary pattern gating design job. Foundry quality position in engineering. Successfully completed all training and the person did not retire with the salary job I was supposed to get so management made up a fireable event that did not occur and fired me. Worst Bunch of liers and people I have worked with. Terrible management team.
I moved up fast pay wise but there is a lot of over time and unscheduled work days and poor possibilities as a company. We also had multiple production supervisors in the 4 years I was there.
All of my fellow employees on second shift work very well together. We help each other out to make our jobs easier and to help one other to be able to make our efficient rate

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
Operates various small machines to assist in assembly operation.
Loads finished assemblies into boxes and inserts miscellaneous other items including loose parts and instructional bulletins.
Maintains and records accurate count of workpieces produced and personal hourly attendance data.
Practices safe work habits, maintains workplace in good order, and wears issued personal protective equipment in the workplace at all times.
