Stopped by on a Monday evening, ordered the BarHarborLobsterBake and The Lobster Shrimp and Salmon Food was super delicious and our server Arian was so attentive to us. He took the time explain and read all the new items on the menu, checked on us multiple times to make sure we were okay. We even had a small issue with the food and he fixed it right away with the most positive attitude. It’s been a while we’ve had any server take care of us the way he did and made our experience very pleasant!The young lady named Sweena who brought out the food was super sweet and nice as well!

Cutting And Cleaning Of Lobsters
Now take one defrosted lobster in your hand and cut down the one side of the underside of the lobster tail closer to the shell as you can so that no extra piece is wasted. Then, cut down the other side, in the same manner, using your sharp kitchen shears. Do not cut the tail fins off, and just join the two cuts on the underside.
Then remove the bellies and legs of lobsters and discard them.
Pull the meat down from the upper shell of the lobster and put the meat back into the shell.
Repeat the same process with the other two lobsters.

Just had lunch here with my husband and his parents. All of us left very happy with our selections. Like, our server was very friendly and helpful. The cheddar bay biscuits were the best ever and my in-laws had never had them before so they were a big hit. My husband and I shared the Bay HarborLobsterbake and we were so glad we did! It doesn’t appear to be marketed as a dish to share but believe me it is. Everything on it was perfectly cooked including the pasta. We also ordered a couple of sides . The baked potato was great, baked in it’s own skin they way they should be instead of steamed in foil so the skin was delicious too. We also ordered the roasted brussel sprouts and unfortunately they were little under done and hard. If it wasn’t for that it would have been a perfect lunch. The great news for us is none of us will be hungry for dinner so it should be a relaxing evening! Thanks Luke for the great service!
