What Is A Plastic Surgeon
Plastic surgeons surgically restore or repair the form or function of a particular body part . The procedures and surgeries offered by a plastic surgeon can be either cosmetic or reconstructive in nature.
Cosmetic surgery, also referred to as aesthetic surgery, is an elective surgery and is not undertaken to treat a specific medical condition or injury. Rather, it focuses on surgically improving of the visual appearance of a body part, with many patients choosing to undergo an elective cosmetic procedure to improve self-image and confidence. One example of a elective procedure is rhinoplasty surgery though it may also double as a reconstructive procedure in the event of a broken nose.
Plastic surgery also includes reconstructive procedures, performed to restore the function of a body part adversely affected by a medical condition, defect, or injury. For example, surgery to correct a cleft lip or palate are relatively common reconstructive procedures.

Petras mother, Soraya Khashoggi, gave birth to her in 1979, and Adnan brought her up as his daughter. But a 1999 DNA test revealed that she was actually the daughter of Aitken, a British politician who was jailed for perjury. She first met him at the age of 18.
The Guardian newspaper reported at the time, Soraya had a well-publicized affair with Aitken before he married his wife in the late 70s.
When Aitken had life-saving surgery earlier this year, Petra wrote a loving tribute to him in the Daily Mail.

High noon came early for plastic surgeon Daniel Baker. On the morning of Monday, Oct. 23, Dr. Baker, surgeon to the stars, strode right into the second-floor operating room of his Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat colleague, Alan Matarasso, wearing a scowl detectable through his surgical mask. His appearance came as something of an unwelcome surprise to Dr. Matarasso: Ive never walked into his operating room, he sniffed.
So Dr. Baker had been shocked on that Monday morning, when colleagues who had been to the American Society of Plastic Surgery meeting in Los Angeles the week before reported to him that they had seen Dr. Matarasso reporting his findings on the short-scar face-lift without even a cursory tip of the hat to Dr. Baker. It bothered Dr. Baker to think that Dr. Matarasso had been assisted by the same group of residents and nurses that had watched him perform the procedure countless times.
In medicine, were an open group and we do interchange ideas, Dr. Baker said. But normally we dont have somebody stealing something that another guys been working on for a number of years and present it. So Dr. Baker decided to do a little investigating himself.
Then, according to Dr. Baker, Dr. Matarasso told him, I presented this in Los Angeles and I gave you credit for it. Oh? said Dr. Baker, as he turned and walked out of the operating room.
An ugly saga in the beauty business had just begun.
