These cookies were a great gingerbread/gingersnap flavor that I enjoyed more than I expected. I’ve never been a big gingerbread fan, so I went into these cautiously, but they honestly were great. The flavor wasn’t too overpowering and it was a nice flavor reminding me of Christmas time. I’m not a huge fan of crispy cookies, which these are, but other than that they were great. The crispiness just made them crumble, which is why I can’t give them a full 5 stars. Flavor-wise though, 5/5!
