We ordered a bone in ham online and my husband went in to pick the ham up and purchase. The customer service left much to be desired. First, he was told he came in the wrong door, then got into the wrong line that was for preordered and prepaid hams. My husband is a detail oriented person and found the signage lacking to know what are the designated doors and purchase lines. The cashier was so rude, short tempered and a real Scrooge in light of the holiday season. No Christmas cheer here!! My husband will not be back to Honey Baked Ham again. Ever.

You can get something resembling honey-baked ham in the grocery, but nothing is like the “real thing” from HoneyBaked Ham. It has such a distinctive, intense flavor and we just love it. Can’t wait to get some more.
Preordered online, called and paid for my order and fast pickup. Great dinner,popped everything in the oven from the freezer….green bean casserole, au gratin potatoes, cornbread stuffing. Very good food.
This ham is never disappointing. It is always cooked and smoked to perfection. We don’t even heat it up. We Love is cold right from the fridge. YUM

I recently had a turkey club type sandwich from here and it was a very good sandwich – It was a nice change from the usual burger and better for you – Good value
This was the worst Honey baked ham I have ever gotten. The spirals were technically NOT even there – slices were thick, uneven and very fatty. I was not allowed to see the ham before buying due to COVID regulations and I understand that, but…when I opened it Christmas Eve, I could tell immediately something was not right with this ham. The color was off – not the usual pink, but a awful white…fatty color. I won’t buy another ham until they allow us to view it ahead of time. I feel like I wasted $70.00 this Christmas ! Planning on reposting it to the national company website.More
