Both gas grills and pellet grills are designed to provide grilled food on economical fuel consumption and easy to achieve flavours. However the gas grill differs in following ways from a pellet grill.

Tips For Grilling Petite Sirloin Steaks

Grilling is a popular method for cooking steaks, but it can be difficult to achieve the desired doneness of a petite sirloin steak. Because the size of the steak limits the temperature on the grill, the grill grate can be the hottest part of the grill, making it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. Grilling a petite sirloin steak on the grill grate at the outside edges requires only a few seconds. In a slow cooker, open the lid and cook the steak until the temperature of the meat reaches desired specifications. After it has been cooked for 1 minute, flip the steak. Furthermore, the steak will be more evenly cooked in this manner. Grill times and temperatures will vary depending on the grill, but the average time to cook a petite sirloin steak is between 6 and 7 minutes. If you want a well-done steak, it will take about eight to ten minutes to cook per side.
