This recipe uses 3/4 thick boneless chops, if your chops are thicker or thinner, the time will need to be adjusted.
The brine keeps these tender and adds flavor. If you skip the brine you will need to add salt to the rub.
Do not overcook! Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork reaches the right temperature without overcooking.
Pork should reach 145°F, just like pork tenderloin, its ok if the chops are a little bit pink in the middle.
Tip: Choose pork chops uniform in size and thickness so they all cook at the same rate.

Its guaranteed that even beginners can prepare it successfully.And the most important tip is how to cut the pork chop. Just cut with a couple of knives where the tendons are on the edge of the meat so it doesnt shrink. The secret tip for tenderizing pork chops is to add beaten egg and cornstarch, which make the pork chop tender and juicy.I usually prepare portions for a few days, marinate the pork chops and freeze them separately, mix the sweet and sour sauce in a jar, and put it in the refrigerator. Roasted Pork in the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit .

How Long To Bake Pork Chops From Frozen
You can cook pork chops from frozen in a 350 F oven for about 40 minutes to 45 minutes. To do so, preheat the oven to 350 F. Then, place frozen pork chops in a greased baking pan. Pour a sauce over them made of melted butter, lemon juice, vinegar, and any flavor you like. Place the frozen pork chops in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F.
The pork chops can also be browned in a skillet after cooking to get an amazing golden brown color and a crispy texture. Just heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet set over high heat, and brown the chops for 1 minute on each side.
At What Temperature Should Pork Chops Be Baked In The Oven
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit before placing the chops in the oven.
Allow the roasted chops to cool. When an internal thermometer reads 145 degrees F, the pork is done. When theyre done, transfer them to a clean platter and cover them loosely with foil.

How Long To Bake Pork Chops At 350 F
Baking pork chops in the oven at 350 F, uncovered, will take 20 to 30 minutes, and it will take 18 to 25 minutes if you bake pork chops covered with aluminum foil. Bake the pork chops until the internal temperature are 145 F internally.
When baking pork chops in the air fryer, it will take about 15 to 20 minutes uncovered and about 15 minutes covered.

How To Cook Juicy Pork Chops In The Oven
A marinade or brine isnt necessary for pork chops. You can simply sprinkle seasoning on the pork before cooking. However, for incredible flavor and moisture, a brine or marinade is a great option.
To brine pork chops: Place pork chops in a large baking dish. Combine 3 cups water and 3 tablespoons salt. Pour water solution over pork chops. Add peppercorns, bay leaves, crushed garlic, and any other whole spices for flavor. Brine in the refrigerator 1 to 4 hours.
To marinate pork chops: Place pork chops in a large baking dish or zip-top plastic bag. Combine your preferred marinade ingredients in a bowl. Pour marinade over pork chops in the baking dish or into the plastic bag. Marinate pork chops in the refrigerator 1 to 8 hours.
How Long To Grill Pork Chops
The thickness of your pork chops is what will determine how long they’ll need to stay on the BBQ. I don’t recommend grilling pork chops that are less than 1-inch thick as they tend to dry out easier.
On a medium-high heat BBQ, you want to grill boneless pork chops for 14 minutes per inch of thickness. Add 2 minutes per inch if you’re using bone-in pork chops.
The best way to tell if your pork chops are cooked, and to not overcook them, is to use an instant-read meat thermometer. When you think your chops are done, insert the thermometer into the middle of one of them. If it reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, your chops are ready to come off the grill.

How To Store The Leftovers
When it comes to these tender pork chops, I highly doubt youll have any leftovers but on the rare chance that you do, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. I personally recommend eating them the next day though otherwise the marinade and the pork may start to dry out, and nobody wants that to happen!

What I love most about this recipe is that it requires simple ingredients, yet its so flavourful. You need:
- Good quality butter if possible organic or grass-fed or ghee
- Garlic fresh is always best! You can use garlic powder, but I prefer and recommend fresh garlic.
- Fresh thyme again, I highly suggest fresh thyme
- Salt and ground black pepper You can rub the pork chops with salt and pepper, but you also can use other spices like paprika and onion powder if you prefer. I prefer just salt and pepper because the garlic butter sauce is already very flavorful.

If you are picking pork chops up at the stores, try to pick an evenly thick cut so you dont end up with overcooked tips. I like to buy at least 1-inch thick pork chops. - Brown sugar : I know many of you like to add a little bit of brown sugar in your seasoning mixture. I dont add it, because I want to reduce the amount of sugar a consume. However, you can totally do it if you prefer.

What Temperature And How Long To Bake
I like to bake pork chops in a 400F oven. This higher temperature does a great job sealing in the juices and creating a caramelized glaze on the outside of the meat.
A bone-in pork chop will take longer to cook through compared to one that is boneless. Bake in the oven until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145F. A chop that is 3/4 inch thick should take about 35 minutes to cook.
Note: A digital thermometer is the best way to cook meat to the perfect temperature. I usually start checking the temperature with about 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time remaining. Stick the probe into the middle part of the pork chop.
Choosing The Right Pork Chop
I have become more picky about my pork chops and this dish can be the worst one to dry out pork chops. I always get the super thick cut pork chops at Costco and make sure that they have a nice fat layer on the outside. Pork chop calories are low and they are a lean meat so getting a nice fat layer can be tough.
You can use boneless or bone in pork chops, it is your preference entirely.

How To Cook Chicken Wings
Ive found that chicken wings are the perfect cooking method for something like a large pork loin chop. If youre looking for a more traditional method for cooking, try the oven. For the oven method, youll need a roasting pan, about 3-4 inches deep. Take the pork loin and place it in the pan. This should be about half way between the thigh and the bottom of the pan. Next, add any seasonings of choice. For the oven method, I prefer to use garlic salt and kosher salt. If youre using garlic, slice some of it and add it on top of the pork. Next, add a splash of apple cider vinegar. This will help season the pork, as well as help with the meats browning. I prefer to use about a half a cup of vinegar. This will help you to get the perfect amount of browning, but not so much that you end up with vinegar dripping off the meat. Next, place your pork in the oven. I prefer to do this for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. This is going to cook the pork to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. If you dont want to sear your meat, but you still want it to cook for the same amount of time, I recommend that you use your airfryer.
