I made a new Vegan Kale Salad recently and since you loved my first one so much I had to share the updated recipe with you. And if you have been on the hunt for a creamy salad dressing packed with nourishing ingredients, this one’s for you!
I first made this salad when my husband decided to go vegan. This vegan caesar salad dressing is even more delicious than the traditional recipe. For the base of this particular salad I used finely chopped brussel sprouts, green onion and kale, but you can use any greens you have in your fridge!

Baked By Melissa may be known for its small, bite-sized cupcakes, but it’s grown to become a multimillion-dollar company with 14 store-front locations since it launched in her tiny Manhattan kitchen back in 2008. However, despite these successes, there was one type of customer that Melissa Ben-Ishay, the founder and president of the popular company, wasn’t tapping into: vegans.
Although Baked By Melissa currently offers flavors for customers with nut or gluten allergies, vegan dieters have been unable to enjoy the colorful mini desserts the brand has become known for. However, Baked By Melissa’s announcement of a vegan box on Thursday is helping to make vegan eaters dreams come true.

“We decided to create a vegan cupcake assortment because our customers asked for it and it’s also something I am passionate about and have been wanting to do for a while,” Ben-Ishay explained to AOL Lifestyle. “I could not be more proud of this product line – they are the best vegan cupcakes I have ever tasted.”
Every single detail in the company’s signature recipes had to be reevaluated in order to accommodate the new launch.

We tested out the Festival of Bites flavors and the Holiday Cheer flavors . The Festival of Bites was ultimately our favorite, thanks to the addition of the Festival Babka and Chocolate Babka flavors, which both have hints of cinnamon and are ridiculously delicious. The Holiday Cheer pack mostly contained rich chocolate flavors, so if someone in your life adores chocolate , they might find themselves obsessed with the Holiday Cheer pack. The packaging for each set of cupcakes was sturdy, sleek and festive.
