Items are available a la carte, though some items have conditions.
SKI BOOTS You can rent ski boots only but your skis bindings have to pass a binding test first. The binding test will take 20 minutes on top of the rental process and the total cost the same as a basic rental package.
SKIS You can rent skis only but the boots you bring with you must first be inspected to ensure your boots are in good condition and they are compatible with the rental ski bindings.
