Holiday Season = Christmas Cut Crease
I had both a great and horrible time making this look. Great because it was so much fun to create this, but horrible because I was so shaky trying to apply the eyeliner If you dont have stable hands, you can definitely opt out of the eyeliner part!Let me know what holiday looks you have in mind this season! Muse Plumping Lip Gloss In Nude Berry And Clear
Im always team lip gloss so I was pumped to see a variety of them in the collection. The glosses are supposed to plump your lips and leave behind a high shine. While I felt the tingling sensation almost immediately upon application, I didnt see much difference in the plumpness of my pout.
When it comes to the shades, some were winners and others were…I liked the Nude shade, which blended well with my natural lip color. It leaves more of a pinkish finish and doesnt make my skin look too pale or wash me out . The Berry shade was my favorite because of how the color popped on my lips . The one shade I would skip is Clear. Since its a transparent shade, it doesnt even look like Im wearing glosseven with multiple coats. Overall, I enjoyed how comfortable the gloss felt on my lips. Even wearing it all day, my lips didnt get dry, sticky or chapped.

Newsflash makeup lovers, color is in right now! Just scroll through Instagram and youll see colorful makeup looks are dominating the beauty industry at the moment. Electric blues, neon pinks, bright yellows, and looks containing every single color of the rainbow. Im obsessed, the world is obsessed and Im sure, you too, are obsessed with color right now. But dont worry! Experimenting with color in your makeup doesnt have to be expensive. After searching high and low for an eyeshadow palette that was both affordable, and had every bright color I could dream of, I found the BH Cosmetics Take Me Back To Brazil Eyeshadow Palette. Rows and rows of colors all cute and compact in one palette, what more could a girl want? But after playing around with it, is the BH Cosmetics Take Me Back To Brazil Eyeshadow Palette actually worth it..?

The Colors Are Beautiful But
I’ve had this palette for quite a few months now and I won’t lie I love the shades especially the shimmers and the purple mattes they’re all super pretty and pigmented!! but the formula isn’t very good. For me the shadow doesn’t seem to last very long. It looks AMAZING for about 2-3 hours but then throughout the day some of the colors fade, itll gets messy and transfer, or the shimmers crease. I’ve tried so many different methods to try to make it last, using eyeshadow primers, trying to set with concealer and powder, setting spray etc and nothing seems to make it last long. I tried other palettes from drugstore brands just to make sure it wasn’t just my skin type acting up but after wearing them all day they didn’t seem to give me those issues. Some shades in this palette are better than others, but I don’t think it’s worth it. I’ve had cheaper palettes even 4 pan shadows from the dollar tree that lasted better than this. Pretty disappointing 🙁
Elements Mini Shadow Quad In Bronze
The Elements Mini Shadow Quad is fine. I appreciate the compact size of the palette and how it has four coordinating shades to choose from. However, it wouldve been better if it had a mix of shimmer and matte options instead of all glitter shadows.
When it comes to pay off, the shimmers fall flat. For a second, I can see the shine but its not anything to write home about. It was so subtle that you have to be super close up to even see a glimmer. Honestly, the mega palette has similar shades . In sum, if youre easily overwhelmed by too many color options, the mini palettes are your best bet. If you want more impact, skip this and go for the mega palette.

Mega 36 Color Shadow Palette
The Mega shadow palette is the star of the collection. Whether you want to create an everyday look or a bold style for a night out, this palette has 36 colors to get the job done. I appreciate the range of shades so you can rock a new eye number every day of the week if you wanted to. As someone who has been experimenting with color recently, I appreciate having so many options to choose from. With the Mega palette, I can easily alternate between subtle, nude looks and vibrant statement eyes whenever I feel like it.
As for pigment and payoff, I give it an A+. I did a swatch test of the brightest shades and wasnt disappointed at the outcome. Just one swipe will bring out the hues . Moreover, the shadows are easy to build and blend and are extremely long-lasting. They even survived my marathon commute through NYC last week.
Mirage Lip Balm In Clear Heavy Tint And Light Tint
A tinted lip balm is right up my alley. Its my go to when I need something quick but also want to look like I put some effort into my look. Whether you pick the Clear, Heavy or Light Tint, theyre designed to enhance the natural pH of your skin. I definitely saw that play out with all three shades. Another major pro is that the balms are super lightweight and hydrating on my lips. I only needed one swipes to get a nice finish without looking too overdone.

Blooming Volumizing & Lengthening Mascara
The Blooming Volumizing and Lengthening Mascara lives up to its name. One swipe and my lashes were lifted to the skies. Its all thanks to the peculiarly shaped wand. The tip is round and globelike, which was super confusing at first, until I realized how helpful it was at reaching those pesky inner lashes . The bristles sweep through every little lash and define them with ease. Its formulated to be flake-free, smudge-free and quick-drying. Thankfully, the mascara delivers on all fronts.

I swatched this palette over bare skin. First, I did finger swatches just so I could show you the wide variety of shades in the palette in indirect daylight.

The shades are definitely nebulous and fit the theme of galaxy quite well. The names, obviously, are likeplanets and stuff. Its weird that Venus is bright orange because Venus actually emits a pale yellow, but other than that, Im impressed with the attempted accuracy!
Next, I grabbed some swatches applied with different techniques. I chose three colors and did four swatches each: one finger swatch, one dry brush swatch, one wet brush swatch, and one swatch over the incredibly sticky foiling medium, Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy.

Each shadow behaves a little bit differently, but nearly all of them are impressively pigmented. I realize now that I chose three shadows that have silver shimmer, but there are more other reflective shades in the palette, I promise.

BhCosmetics Galaxy Chic Palette is the most colorful eyeshadow palette in my vanity. It comes in a printed purple cardboard palette with a magnetic closure and a big mirror on the inside. The palette is very light weight and unbreakable, travel friendly. Overall the packaging is very vibrant which makes me use this palette a lot.
The palette has 18 10 coin sized baked eyeshadow. As the name suggests the palette is based on galaxy theme and all the shadows are named after names of stars.

Hey everyone! Today Im excited to be sharing a review of The BH Cosmetics Hangin in Hawaii Palette. Ive been using this palette for several months now and its quickly grown to be one of my favorites. In fact I might go so far as to say its probably my favorite drugstore eyeshadow palette to date!

BH Cosmetics Hangin in Hawaii Palette
The BH Cosmetics Hangin in Hawaii Palette features 16 gorgeous shades, including 11 mattes and 5 satin shimmers. Just looking at the colors alone, I love the range of shades this eyeshadow palette offers and the fact that you an create full looks using just this palette.
I also really love the gold and pink packaging and the fact that it comes with a mirror, which is always nice for traveling. At $16 its also very affordably priced and the quality makes it a great bang for your buck!
Below youll find swatches of all the beautiful shades. As you can see the pigmentation in the matte shades is amazing and the shimmers have such a stunning reflection.
I also created a swatch chart below with all the shade names. I dont know about you, but I seriously cant get over all the fun hawaiian names, and its totally reminding me of Lilo and Stitch .

Prism Loose Powder Highlighter In Champagne
The sun has major competition. Seriously, this powder highlighter packs a punch. The first time I tried it, I made the mistake of putting on too much and was nearly blinded by the shimmer. That said, the formula is buildable and blendable . When applied with the brush, it leaves a glowing finish and not like you fell into a vat of glitter.

An Oldie But Goodie 2nd Purchase
There was absolutely NO doubt in my mind about buying this Zodiac Palette when I saw it here on the Site. I still have my 1st one that I bought years ago and any Product that I love, I’m getting a Backup. This Palette has it all, from buttery smooth Mattes, to fantastic baked shadows that produce beautiful shimmery metallic hues and the huge centered Highlighter that is the icing on the cake to use on both your eyes and face! The layout of this Palette is also very well thought out as it’s easy to put together an eye look which makes it great for in regards to both Beginner and Seasoned Makeup Application Skills! I will always keep buying this Zodiac Palette! I TRULY hope to see all the Zodiac Palettes back on this Site including all the other Baked Eyeshadow Palettes and oldies but goodies that put BH Cosmetics on the map.
Goddess Calligraphy Eyeliner In Black And White
The Goddess Calligraphy Eyeliner is a hit or miss depending on how youre using it. See, the eyeliner is great for adding intricate details and cleaning up the edges. However, for a regular cat-eye, the formula is too light for my liking. Dont get me wrong, the pigment is there. It just comes off a bit too sheer, as the consistency is thinner than some other liners Ive used in the past.
I do enjoy the applicator though, which is a slim tip that glides smoothly onto the lid. Creating the eyeliner was important for the singer, who stated, I worked with the BH Cosmetics team as closely as possible to make the easy-to-use, high-impact liner of my dreams. It certainly is easy to use I also enjoy that its smudge-proof so if I accidentally rub my eyes , it wont show up on the backs of my hands.
