We got 6 tiny cupcakes for $7.50. They were good and cute, but too small. We picked graham, smores, peanut butter , vanilla with sprinkles, chocolate chip and something else. I would go back if someone else requested it, but I wouldn’t make a special trip.

What Is Aquafaba And Why Is It Good For Cupcakes
Aquafaba is the liquid left over in a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans. Just drain a can of beans and reserve the liquid. Thats all it is!
To mimic whipped egg whites like we want in this recipe, beat it with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes until it gets foamy. You dont need it to get stiff peaks, like you would for meringue. You can also use a whisk, but a hand mixer does work better and faster.

Bite-sized cupcake bakery Baked by Melissa has announced the release of its first-ever vegan cupcake assortment, available at all of its store locations and online for nationwide shipping.
The new collection features six tasty flavors: Cookie Dough, Triple Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Vanilla Chip, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, and Superfood. Some flavors are vegan twists on a few of the companys fan-favorites, while other flavors are brand new the Superfood cupcake for example features a chia, spirulina and acai cake, beet icing, and streusel topping made with sesame, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon.
The process for creating Vegan was totally different than anything weve done before, says Baked by Melissa founder Melissa Ben-Ishay. We had to create entirely new cake, icing, stuffing, and topping recipes – how fun is that?! This new category is allowing me to work with new ingredients that I love and have not yet used for Baked by Melissa.
The vegan cupcakes are the latest additions to the Baked by Melissa menu, which has featured over 100 new flavors of cupcakes in the last year.

Baked By Melissa Review
We had the opportunity to try an assortment of Baked By Melissa cupcakes. What a treat!
I got excited when I saw the bright red box get delivered to our door. I can only imagine what an awesome treat it would be to send these to someone as a surprise gift.
My excitement grew as I open the packaged and pulled out the bright tie-dye box inside. The tie-dye box is very sturdy and you just slide the cupcakes right out from the side opening. Very handy.
The company specializes in shipping cupcakes across the company and it shows. The packaging design not only keeps the treats in good shape, it also helps ensure freshness.
You can see in the picture below that even after getting jostled around during transit and flipped around for my photos, the treats arrived in really good shape.
Even those little guys in the middle that turned sideways still had their fluffy frosting intact!
We enjoyed a 25-pack that contained all the tried and true favorites like tie-dye, red velvet, peanut butter and jelly, cookie dough, mint cookies, cookies and cream, chocolate chip pancake and triple chocolate fudge.
This flavor assortment provides a great mix of classic vanilla and chocolate cake, plus other fun tastes like mint, pancake and red velvet.
For frosting, some had chocolate or vanilla icing, while a fair amount had other specialty flavors like peanut butter and maple.
Our pack also contained the mini of the month, Toasted Cinnamon.
What Id Change About Baked By Melissa
These tiny cupcakes pack a lot of flavor in each bite.
As with any relationship, I hold a lot of love for Baked by Melissa, but there are a few things I dream of changing. Namely, the pricing. Baked by Melissa is on par with its high-end baked good competitors, including Milkbar and Jenis. The difference is that you can crush a package of Baked by Melissa cupcakes in one evening , whereas with Milkbar or Jenis, you get enough treats to last several days.
One 25-pack of cupcakes from Baked by Melissa starts at $34, but if you live outside of the New York or New Jersey area, shipping starts around $15. That means for 25 mini cupcakes, youll pay about $50. Its less expensive than a cake from Milkbar or a pack of ice cream from Jenis, but still more money than an average buyer may be willing to spend.

Are Sprinkles Cupcakes Vegan Options
They make a classic Red Velvet cupcake in addition to Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, and Vegan versions. All four are available at every Sprinkles location, every day. But only the Vegan version is dairy-free. Its butter-less, adorned with a tofu-based cream cheese frosting, and has a V candy on top for easy identification.

Wilton. Wilton is another company that makes both vegan and non-vegan sprinkles. Unlike the sprinkle companies Ive listed so far, Wilton sprinkles are easy to find because theyre sold in a lot of stores, like Joann Fabrics, Michaels Crafts, and Target, among others.
