I was a repeat customer. I knew exactly what I wanted. There were two different prices on the same item. A difference of A DOLLAR! I brought this to the attention of the clerk and he also called the owner by phone. I wanted the lower ticked price. He refused stating it was not the price in the computer. The owner refused because it was stated”they changed the prices by hand and it was a mistake.” I stated “this was not my fault.” I wanted the item for the price ON THE TICKET. The clerk argued with me and stated other retail stores would agree with their position. I stated to the contrary, I too was a former store owner and if this situation was in my store I would have to give the customer the lower ticked price. The clerk stated “I rest my case.” You USE to own a store.Before exiting the store I stated “it was a shame that they were willing to lose a repeat customer over a dollar!” To add insult to injury, the clerk degraded a customer in front of another customer. Believe me, I will tell everybody I know the poor customer service I received and I would never recommend them! All over a dollar, I hope that sale was worth it!

The line was around the building. I don’t understand if you make a reservation why you are unable to come to the store and pay for your order in advance . The manager and crew was working hard but it could had been just a little better one hour an a half in a line is crazy. Plus they wasn’t telling people when they were out of items. I know now what to do for Christmas
The two ladies working here were the nicest people ever. They took my order and had it ready in minutes. Really engaging, positive and funny. The place was clean, everything in order. Food was fresh and hit the spot. Great experience.
Once upon a time before starting a family i would get our ham from Honey Baked every Thanksgiving & Christmas. Today was the first time i tried a sandwich. And I love the chicken salad. I am so a fan of the bread. I always love places that has it. I’ll be trying some of the other sandwiches.

Truck Stolen From Cordova Honeybaked Ham Recovered
– Memphis police located a stolen tractor trailer loaded with more than $100,000 in ham, turkey, and side dishes from a Cordova Honeybaked Ham.The trailer was stolen sometime late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. Friday night, the truck was found abandoned, but not before someone got away with more than half of the company’s Cajun turkeys and casseroles.The Honeybaked Ham truck that was stolen was filled with about $56,000 worth of ham, $57,000 worth of side dishes, and $15,000 worth of turkey.Memphis policed recovered the truck, but with only a quarter of the Honeybaked Ham inventory inside.A spokesperson for the Cordova store said police did not disclose where they found the truck.Honeybaked Ham Director of Marketing Robin Blanton said that although the company will have to discard the recovered food, they are still able to fulfill all orders by Christmas.”Because the product has been out of our control for the period of time, we of course are not able to sell it,” said Blanton. “Because of food safety issues, we’re not able to donate the product as well. We’ll just have to destroy the product, but we certainly wish everybody a happy holiday and merry Christmas.”
