- We called asked what time the open on Christmas Eve was told 6:00 am when we got the 6 people in line ahead of us waiting outside which was no problem. When they did open which was almost 7:00 the woman told us if we didnt have a ticket we would not be waited on. Which is not what they told us the day before.
- Confusing cattle gates due to Covid overreaction. Stood in line for almost ten minutes to only to find their system was down and they would only take cash, noone said anything. Kitchen staff not wearing mask over his face, his chin was safe though.
