Sticky Fingers Sweets & Eats
Sticky Fingers has an awesome weekend brunch menu with wheat-free options available for a ton of their dishes, including pancakes, breakfast burritos, and quesadillas. If you’re just looking for a sweet treat, I highly recommend the Silly Bonez. With chocolate cake, peanut butter frosting, and a chocolate coating, this treat is truly heaven for any gluten-free sweet tooth.

How Do You Store Cupcakes
If you are planning to consume your cupcakes in the next 1-2 days your best bet is store the cupcakes at room temperature in an air tight container. Find a deep container. Place your cupcakes in a single layer. Cover with the lid and let it sit on your counter-top away from sun for 1-2 days.

Sugar Shack Donuts And Coffee
Ranked in the Top 10 Tastiest Donuts in America, Sugar Shack’s donuts are rolled and hand cut throughout the day, and they only use the freshest of ingredients. Their selection of flavors is truly eclectic, and they’re ranked by its rareness on their website. Sugar Shack‘s available flavors, including those that are gluten-free, rotate daily, but some of their of my favorites include chocolate pistachio, caramel macchiato, and blackberry lavender.

Review Of Baked And Wired
Dining options:Neighborhood:Gluten Free Goodness
We stopped by Baked and Wired because we heard they offered gluten free. We tried their strawberry-chocolate gluten free cupcake. This was gluten free well done! The frosting was excellent…not too sweet, and the cake-part was light and fluffy. Definitely worth stopping in, next time we are in town.

I am a frequent patron of Baked and Wired they have a wide range of sweet treats but their signature cupcakes are the best. I can’t see what all the hype is over Georgetown Cupcakes their pastries are kinda dry to me but Baked and Wired definitely the bomb.com their carrot cake cupcake is always super moist and to die for. You can’t go wrong with this place but it is a little pricey.

Reviews For Baked & Wired
A friend recommended we stop by, the coffee was good and it’s a cute little cafe with indoor seating and a couple places outdoors. It’s a little confusing which side to go on to order as it seems like it’s two stores but it’s not. We didn’t order food so can’t speak to that but we liked our iced lattes.
Baked and wired is one of the best bakerys in the DC area! They are often very busy on the weekend with a very long line, but they end to move quickly and it is well worth the wait. They also have a coffee bar thats pretty good, but their bakery is spectacular! I love that everything is made from scratch and their flavor combinations are spectacular. Definitely worth the visit. Most people carry out, but there is a small seating area I in the back.
One of my favorite spots when in DC. The cupcakes are so moist and your definitely getting your moneys worth! Before the pandemic the line would go down the street, but since they close earlier you can walk right in. They also have other treats other than cupcakes. Their Rice Krispies are very good! If in DC I highly suggest you stop by!
