You Can Place An Order Online At The Stores Site:

• Choose the package that best suits your event. You can choose from a boxed lunch, platters or trays, as well as buffet salads.

• Enter the details of your order. Enter the required quantity, choose the product that you would like to include in your order, and select add-ons for your meals.

• Finally, you will be asked for feedback on your order. You will be asked to choose whether you would like to have the item delivered or picked up at their store. The glaze is everybodys favourite part. and theres just not enough to go around! So some years ago, I started using the pan drippings as the sauce to serve with the ham and its been a huge hit!

Its loaded with flavour from both the Glaze you use AND the juices of the ham. The pan drippings are usually a bit thick to use as a sauce so I just thin it with water. The flavour is very intense so you dont lose flavour at all.

I just did a ham on the weekend for a gathering of 35 people with a 5.5 kg / 11 lb bone in ham leg and had about 1/4 of the ham leftover.

35 ÷ 5.5 kg = 6.4

Remember:

• Ham is salty, people dont eat giant slabs of it like steak

• You slice it thinly so less goes further

• Typically, ham is part of a larger spread with other dishes

• Ham bone weighs anywhere between 750g 1.25 kg . I assume its about 1 kg

And dont forget leftover ham keeps for ages in the fridge, and months in the freezer and theres a plethora of things you can make. If you only make ham once a year, make it last!!
