I called the main line and sat on hold for 14 minutes. Then it finally transferred to the store Someone picked up and put the line on hold. Then it rang. Someone picked up and put the phone on hold again! Then someone picks up the phone and never answered. I sat on hold for 12 minutes listening and they never even bothered to say hello please hold or anything! Just kept serving store customers as if phone customers arent important! Glad to know!
