Cape Cod makes a darn good bag of chips, and their Sweet and Spicy Jalapeno flavor is probably the best they’ve come up with. Jalapeno is a flavor that, like horseradish root, chip manufacturers don’t really capture all that well. Which is a shame because the sweet and very spicy flavor of a fresh jalapeno is delicious. Cape Cod managed to make something not only accurate to taste but also addicting. There isn’t an acidic aftertaste to these,m and while they’re hot, they aren’t too hot. The lack of grease and kettle-cooked texture make these one of the best spicy chips ever.

Utz’s crab-flavored chips are one of the few seafood-flavored chips out there that are good enough to make this list. These New England favorites are definitely a treat, albeit a rare one for anyone who lives outside of that region.
