We pre ordered our Christmas Ham from Honey Baked Ham Daytona Beach Fla. in November 2019. On December 23 2019 we went to purchase our ham from Honey Baked Ham Daytona Beach Fl. Upon arriving I expected it to be busy but this was not just busy it was chaos. The line for pre order customer was not there. The pre order customers had to wait with the walk in customers. It was bad management and bad planning. The girl at the counter slopped the ham on the counter I asked how many pounds it was and she said 8 pounds. Upon arriving the ham paper was all greasy and messy and the ham did not look like a honey baked ham to present on Christmas Day it looked watery and like it had been frozen. No we did not take the ham back. We will never give this store our business again.
