I too have been shocked by the demeanor of the staff and, if I’m correct in my identification, the franchisee owner of this store. Harrisonburg is filled with such lovely and generous restauranteurs, and so perhaps I’ve been spoiled. But both the ham we bought…for a recent family meal and my experience picking it up put a negative cast on our meal.More
My wife and i bought a ham there for christmas and it was the worst ham we have got from honey baked ham.mywife called and talked to a lady named angelia she told my wife to come in and get a refund.so we went up…there angelia was not in so the so called store manager came out her name was tabatha and she started of argueing with my wife zhe wanted to see a picture which my wife showed her.she said well that is the way all our hams looked .well she is wrong i have bought 100’s and 100’s of honey bzked hams over the past 20 years for my customers and we have never had a bad ham till now.my wife was nted our money back but she refused she said we had to take a gift certificate since we bought it with that.why woukd we want another certificate since we were not going to buy another ham.this woman needs to.be fired in my opinion you never argue with a customer.she needs to.take a lesson in customer service.shame on youMore

Ordered a ham and turkey from the Honey Baked Ham store this year for Thanksgiving. The online order and curbside pickup was a breeze! The curbside parking spots were the closest spots to the front of the store and easy to identify with signs. Shout out and thanks to the friendly employee that brought out the order and placed it in the trunk!
Ham was a small one that I took with me to Georgia to visit my daughter and granddaughter. We opened it and it was very lean ham very little fat on it all make good sandwiches warm some up for a breakfast this morning to go with the eggs. They have a good reputation for ham.
