What you need is the perfect temperature to cook those tenders to perfection. The size of chicken tenders also matters when you are choosing the temperature.
You have to be careful about the size. If its too high, the heat in the oven will darken the skin, and meat will remain tough from the inside, which is not good at all.
Also, with too high a temperature, you risk burning the coating. This bread crumbs coating gets dark easily if you are baking at a very high temperature. But slow temperature is also not a good option. It releases all the juices from the meat. You will end up with dry and chewy chicken.
