Now if you havent made my Zesty Bread Seasoning yet, here is one more excuse to do so. If you just dont want to make it, open up your cabinet and grab some of your favorite herbs, some kosher salt, and some garlic powder and just mix them up in whatever proportions feel good to you right now and go forward with the rest of this recipe.

  • To make these baked chicken tenders, simply lay out your chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
  • Brush both sides with olive oil
  • Sprinkle both sides liberally with the seasoning blend.
  • Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. If your tenders are thinner, theyll be done sooner, thicker ones will need more time.

Above you can see my new blue enamel baking sheet. Its a great size because it is just a little smaller so two of them can fit side by side in the oven. They also have it in lavender.

Happy 4th everyone! Now I know I should be posting some sort of crazy burger-hot-dog-hybrid concoction for this holiday but youll have to take these chicken fingers instead because, well, chicken fingers works for any type of occasion, enjoyed by both children and adults.

Its even better when they are completely baked from start to finish, except no one can really tell that these are baked. They are just that crisp!

The secret is using crushed Corn Flakes, breading this up with all-purpose flour and Ranch seasoning, my favorite ingredient of all.

To make the pot even sweeter, you can bake your veggies right alongside your chicken tenders, making this an easy-peasy full-rounded meal!

How To Make Chicken Tenders In Oven

Baked Chicken Tenderloins No Breading 400 Degrees

Baked instead of fried, these homemade chicken tenders are crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and so incredibly flavorful! They have all of the texture and taste that you crave from classic fried chicken tenders — but without an oily mess on the stovetop and without too much prep. There’s no need to whisk together eggs and buttermilk, no need to dredge in flour, and no need to whisk together a fancy or complicated breadcrumb mixture. The oven baked breaded chicken tenders are quick, easy, and incredibly family-friendly!

  • Combine Corn Flakes, Ranch seasoning, and Parmesan in a shallow dish. Place the melted butter in a separate dish.
  • Pat the chicken dry.
  • Dip each tenderloin in the melted butter, and then dredge into the crumb coating.
  • Arrange the breaded chicken tenders on a large rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Spritz with olive oil spray or nonstick cooking spray .
  • Bake the chicken tenders in a 375°F oven for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken should be crispy and golden brown on the outside, the juices should run clear, and the meat should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

    How To Make Oven Baked Keto Chicken Tenders

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with tin foil.
  • Place Parmesan, Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley leaves onto a large plate or shallow dish. Use a fork to mix ingredients well. Use another fork to dip both sides of the chicken tender in melted butter then both sides into Parmesan mixture, making sure all sides are coated well. Transfer Parmesan coated chicken tenders to foil lined baking sheet, placing 1/2 inch apart from each other. Once all chicken has been coated and placed onto baking sheet, bake for 23-35 minutes at 350 degrees F. then turn on ovens broiler and carefully watch to cook tops of chicken until browned. Each oven will be different, mine took about 3 minutes. I didnt leave the oven, just watched through the window. Once the Parmesan browns, it goes very fast, so watch carefully. Remove tenders from oven and let cool for a couple minutes before serving. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

    Use a fork to dip each chicken tenderloin in melted butter. Both sides.

    If you have leftovers after making homemade buffalo chicken tenders, then it is your lucky day! They save and reheat well, and can make the start of another delicious dish.

    To save leftovers, separate into meal sized portions and then place in an airtight container and store:

    • in the refrigerator for 3-4 days
    • in the freezer up to a month

    Crunchy Baked Chicken Tenders

    1. Melt the butter. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Slice the butter into 1 tbsp cubes and place it in a shallow dish. Melt the butter by microwaving in 30-second increments.

    2. Make the seasoning. In a small mixing bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh parsley, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.

    3. Season the chicken. Dredge the chicken tenders in the melted butter. Lay the coated tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken tenders.

    4. Bake the chicken. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165° F. When finished, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

    How Long Can You Store Cooked Chicken In The Fridge

    Cooked chicken will be okay in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days. After that I wouldnt recommend consuming. The good news is, you can prepare enough to last you 3-4 days and use this chicken in a variety of recipes. Lettuce wraps, tacos, salads and pasta dishes will be easy to prepare when your protein is already done!

    These Crispy Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Strips have all of my favorite flavors in one bite. How can you go wrong with cheese, bacon, and ranch all in one recipe?! This oven baked chicken tenders recipe is MADE for tailgating heaven, trust me!

    How to Make Baked Chicken Tenders:

  • Combine flour and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Whisk egg lightly in another small bowl.
  • Combine by shaking bacon, shredded cheese, & panko breadcrumbs in a Ziploc bag.
  • Dip each chicken tender in the flour/ranch mixture, then dip in the egg, then place in the bag with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • When all chicken tenders are prepared and in the bag, seal and shake it up to fully coat each chicken tender with breadcrumbs.
  • Place them on a baking sheet, and bake 15-20 minutes at 400°F, turning each chicken strip once.
  • Serve the baked chicken tenders with ranch or another favorite dipping sauce!

    Sure! First preheat your Air Fryer to 400, then place the breaded tenders in the basket and air fry for about 10-14 minutes. Turn them over after 6-7 minutes so theyll cook evenly. Keep in mind that every air fryer is different so check your manufacturers instructions and keep your meat thermometer handy.

    What Kind Of Air Fryer Do You Recommend

    Panko Crusted Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

    The air fryer I have currently, and the one that is pictured in this post is the Cosori XL 5.8 qt Air Fryer. If youre going to invest in an air fryer to cook things for 2 or more people, you should opt for a larger size like this one, in my opinion!

    I previously had a slightly smaller Philips Air Fryer with a metal grate basket which I liked, but I prefer the larger Cosori model with the nonstick coated basket.

    If you have a smaller air fryer, I would recommend cooking the chicken tenders in two batches.
