Now if you havent made my Zesty Bread Seasoning yet, here is one more excuse to do so. If you just dont want to make it, open up your cabinet and grab some of your favorite herbs, some kosher salt, and some garlic powder and just mix them up in whatever proportions feel good to you right now and go forward with the rest of this recipe.
- To make these baked chicken tenders, simply lay out your chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides with olive oil
- Sprinkle both sides liberally with the seasoning blend.
- Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. If your tenders are thinner, theyll be done sooner, thicker ones will need more time.
Above you can see my new blue enamel baking sheet. Its a great size because it is just a little smaller so two of them can fit side by side in the oven. They also have it in lavender.

How To Make Oven Baked Keto Chicken Tenders
I love the simplicity of the chicken tender crust, Parmesan Cheese, Ranch Dressing Seasoning and Parsley. No fuss!
Use a fork to dip each chicken tenderloin in melted butter. Both sides.
Transfer dipped chicken tenderloins into Parmesan mixture, pressing into both sides of chicken.
Once coated, transfer to prepared baking sheet lined with tin foil.
Transfer chicken tenders to a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Buffalo Chicken Tenders Leftovers
If you have leftovers after making homemade buffalo chicken tenders, then it is your lucky day! They save and reheat well, and can make the start of another delicious dish.
To save leftovers, separate into meal sized portions and then place in an airtight container and store:
- in the refrigerator for 3-4 days
- in the freezer up to a month
How To Make Oven Baked Chicken Tenders Without Breading
1. Melt the butter. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Slice the butter into 1 tbsp cubes and place it in a shallow dish. Melt the butter by microwaving in 30-second increments.
2. Make the seasoning. In a small mixing bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh parsley, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Season the chicken. Dredge the chicken tenders in the melted butter. Lay the coated tenders in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken tenders.
4. Bake the chicken. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165° F. When finished, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

How Long Can You Store Cooked Chicken In The Fridge
Cooked chicken will be okay in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days. After that I wouldnt recommend consuming. The good news is, you can prepare enough to last you 3-4 days and use this chicken in a variety of recipes. Lettuce wraps, tacos, salads and pasta dishes will be easy to prepare when your protein is already done!

How Can I Meal Prep This Recipe
The best way to meal prep this recipe is to completely cook the chicken as the recipe instructs, and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. Use the chicken for various recipes over the next 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350F for 7-10 minutes, until hot and sizzling.
If you want to freeze, I suggest freezing cooked tenders in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Reheat from frozen in the air fryer at 350F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

When you look at the chicken baked for 22-25 minutes, you are going to think, what did I do wrong? Not to worry, once you turn on the ovens broiler, youll see the magic happen before your eyes. Once the broiler is on, watch carefully. Youll see the Parmesan bubbly and then all of the sudden it turns that beautiful golden brown. Remove once you are satisfied with the color. Mine took about 2-3 minutes. Each oven will be different.

How Do You Make These Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
The first step is to prepare the chicken. Place the raw chicken breasts on a cutting board, and use a sharp chefs knife to slice the chicken breast into uniform strips about 1 inch thick.
In these photos, Im using my Misen Chefs Knife! Depending on the size and thickness of your chicken breasts, you should get 8-12 chicken tender slices from one pound of chicken.

Can I Make These In An Air Fryer
Sure! First preheat your Air Fryer to 400, then place the breaded tenders in the basket and air fry for about 10-14 minutes. Turn them over after 6-7 minutes so theyll cook evenly. Keep in mind that every air fryer is different so check your manufacturers instructions and keep your meat thermometer handy.
What Kind Of Air Fryer Do You Recommend
The air fryer I have currently, and the one that is pictured in this post is the Cosori XL 5.8 qt Air Fryer. If youre going to invest in an air fryer to cook things for 2 or more people, you should opt for a larger size like this one, in my opinion!
I previously had a slightly smaller Philips Air Fryer with a metal grate basket which I liked, but I prefer the larger Cosori model with the nonstick coated basket.
If you have a smaller air fryer, I would recommend cooking the chicken tenders in two batches.
