Whole Foods Markets Vegan Ttla Sandwich Has Gone Viral Heres Why Youll Want A Bite
The BLT might curb hunger, but Whole Foods Markets vegan TTLA sandwich is so good that its making its customers sing. Literally. At least, thats what happened when actress Tabitha Brown reviewed the sandwich in the most passionate way. Her three-minute review is so popular that its already garnered more than 1.4 million views and counting in just one month. It also started the #TTLA challenge on Instagram that has customers running to Whole Foods Market for a bite of the vegan spin on the classic sandwich.
In the Facebook video, Brown is seen sitting in her car trying to save the second half of the sandwich thats made with tempeh bacon, tomato, lettuce, and avocado. The plant-based sandwich is also smeared with vegan garlic aioli and topped with sliced red onion and a pickle. Though the dill is optional, Brown highly recommends it. If you got a Whole Foods by you, go to the deli, ask for this TTLA, add a pickle, and watch your life change, said Brown. Honey, Im looking around and stuff looks different. Thats how good it is. My life is changing right before my eyes.

I try not to buy pre-made dressings because I like to control the salt and sugar that I consume. My favorite homemade dressing is 1 tsp dijon + 2 tsp white wine vinegar + 2 tsp maple syrup. It’s so tasty and this is the dijon mustard that I used to make it on a regular basis.

My husband loves this spread! It’s delicious with raw veggies or I’ve even put the whole jar out on a vegan cheese board. Everyone always raves about it!

Since my posts entitled Things I Buy At Costco and Things I Buy At Trader Joes have been quite popular, I decided to let you have a peek at some of the things I buy at the Whole Foods Market. I have been an avid Whole Foods shopper long before I became vegan and long before Whole Foods was popular. I am still waiting for an executive from Whole Foods to call me and thank me for the stores success.
Anyway, there are quite a few things which are exclusive to Whole Foods that I have been buying regularly over the course of many years and some things which are sometimes stocked at other supermarkets but are easily found at Whole Foods. Here is my list of things which I almost always buy every time I step foot into my local Whole Foods Market. This list excludes whole fruits and vegetables which vary with each of my visits
1. Whole Foods Original Hummus
This is undoubtedly my familys favorite store-bought hummus. It would probably be healthier without the added oils, but not as delicious. I like to use this hummus in my collard green wraps mixed with salad and pre-cut veggies.
2. Whole Foods Vegetarian Split Pea Soup
3. Whole Foods Vegan Veggie Ravioli
These vegan veggie raviolis are found in the refrigerated section with the other store-made pastas. They are surprisingly good and make a quick easy dinner. I like to serve them with My Perfect Tomato Sauce, although you could always use your favorite vegan sauce from a jar.
